Alumni

Our former students can be found in all walks of life, engaged in a variety of professions. Apart from India they work in many parts of the world. We have had students from countries like Kenya, Sudan, Ethiopia and Vietnam, Namibia and Slovakia. Our students live and work in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Austria, Poland, Kenya, Saudi Arabia, China, Muscat and Switzerland. These include teachers in universities, colleges and schools. Several of our alumni are pursuing research in well-known institutions like the London School of Economics, University of Lancaster, University of Warsaw, etc. Important newspapers in India and abroad have our former students on their staff. These include the International Herald Tribune, Times of India, Hindustan Times, Indian Express, The Hindu, Oman Daily Observer, Khaleej Times, Deepika, Mathubhumi, Economic and Political Weekly, etc. They workin web publishing also – the Kerala Monitor, Britannica.com, etc. Many students have entered the civil service and state government service too. Non-governmental organisations, policy groups, industrial houses, etc, in India and abroad have our students working for them. Former students of the School are now teaching in the following institutions: Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi; M.S. University, Baroda; Hidayatullah National Law School, Raipur; Jammu University; Calicut University; Sree Sankara University of Sanskrit; various colleges affiliated to the Mahatma Gandhi University and many other universities.
